The acne over the counter medication that is best for you depends on different factors. Your skin type and how sever your acne is are important factors. Below are some tips and guidelines to use in deciding which product will benefit you.
1.Start off with a benzoyl peroxide product. It is well tolerated by most everyone and is effective.
2.Start with the lower strength products to reduce any redness, drying of the skin and other problems. You can gradually increase the strength of your product over a period of time as your skin adjusts to it.
