Have you heard of the apple diet or apple detox to cure acne? How does eating nothing but apple for three days appeal to you? Fasting is nothing new having been around for thousands of years it has proven beneficial in different ways. Going on a fast gives your body a chance to detoxify – or purge the toxins from your body.
